Added a new rule to cause less confusion to people. Your accounts must be your characters' username unless you have a staff account. That account can be your chatbox name. You can have a different chatbox name as your OOC name but you need to register in the "Who Plays Who" thread so we can keep track. This is to keep things neat and tidy especially when we go to give characters stats.
